Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pharmy is committed to customer satisfaction and transparency. Please read our policy carefully before subscribing to our pharmacy management software.

Important Information

Pharmy is a subscription-based pharmacy management software designed to streamline your pharmacy operations. Our policy applies to all users purchasing subscriptions across all plans (Community, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise).

This policy is effective as of the date of your subscription and governs all billing, refund, and cancellation procedures.

Free Trial Policy

  • Pharmy offers a 14-day free trial for new users to explore our platform
  • No charges are applied during the trial period
  • Subscription billing begins only after the trial ends
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial with no obligations

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available once a subscription is activated and the billing cycle has started.

Exceptions May Be Considered For:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical error on our payment system
  • Accidental billing after subscription cancellation due to system error

Processing Time: All approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the dashboard or by contacting support
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No partial or prorated refunds for unused days within the billing period
  • Access to Pharmy continues until the end of your paid period

Renewal Policy

  • Subscriptions auto-renew by default (monthly or annual)
  • Turn off auto-renewal in account settings before renewal date
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Plan Changes

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately with prorated billing
  • Downgrades: Take effect from next billing cycle
  • Change plans anytime through your dashboard

Non-Refundable Items

  • One-time setup or customization fees (if applicable)
  • Third-party service charges (SMS/WhatsApp credits, payment gateway fees)
  • Integration setup fees for external systems
  • Training or consultation services purchased separately
